Our Fasting Program is a step to becoming healthy and beautiful from the inside and out just by changing your lifestyle and bad eating habits for a set period of time. This does not mean you can not eat or drink but, you will be following a scheduled program by eating nutritious products and drinking a enzyme blended drink that have gone through a fermentation process. The main purpose of this is to give your intestine and organs a rest and time to detox all the bad eating habits and cleanse out environmental pollution that have been trapped inside your body. Such examples are: Pesticide residue, genetically modified food, air pollution and food additives.

Why is Enzyme so important?
Humans need enzymes to break down food and work the digestive system. There are two types of enzymes; Digestive enzyme and Metabolic enzyme. The digestive enzyme is where fats, protein and carbohydrates are being digested and metabolic enzymes are resonsible to remove and clean waste materials from the body. We humans only have a set amout of enzymes in the body and as you get older you keep losing them. Therefore, it is necessary to keep supplying your body by taking in enzymes from raw foods and fermented processed food.

STEP 1. PREPARATION PERIOD
This is the warming up period where you start to prepare your intestine by not eating foods which are high in fat and drinking a set amout of fermented enzyme blended drink with a nutritional balance of food.
STEP 2. FASTING PERIOD

This is the time where you do not eat any food but have the required amount of nutritional fermented enzyme blended drink for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Note: Below are rules that muct be followed)
STEP 3. RECOVERING PERIOD
The recovering period is the cooling down period, where you have to be extra carfeul about how you eat. Your intestine have been taking a rest so it is necessary to control how fast and what you eat. It is recommended to eat non solid foods for your first meal and drink a fresh blended fruit drink or smoothie.

The following rules MUST be followed:
– When fasting you must not eat anything that contains white sugar, meat, egg, milk contained products, extracts taken from animals and foods containing food additives.
– Take plenty of water, you are required to have at least 1 litre of water and intake water in about 10 sessions per day.
– Dinner must be finished by 8:00pm
– Eat Fresh vegetable and fruits before eating your main meal (Especially in the Preparation and Recovering Period) Note: This is only for the Basic and Perfect Fasting Program
– Do not drink alcohol
– When fasting and if you can not resist eating try drinking some water first but if you still can not resist you are allowed to eat a piece of melon/watermelon or a small portion of grated vegetables/fruits.
– Take a warm bath at night before you go to bed
– Take enough rest (7-8 hours is required)
– Try changing your cooking ingredients and oil to a more healthy option or even take vitamin supplements
